Hi everybody!  I’m Allan Richard A. Buenaventura from First City Providential College located at City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. One of the participants in the 2013 Summer Work & Travel in the USA, I’m very pleased to share my experiences in the United States of America to those students that are willing to have an international experience in your course right now.

It’s a great opportunity to be one of the participants that will have an experience in USA, because of the international experiences  I’ve learned and  acquired, I shared it to my  fellow students in my school. The first thing that I will share is my job on Enchantment Resort & Mii Amo Spa, I’m at the Food and Beverage department of the resort, where I usually worked as a Server Assistant, Expeditor, and a Pool Attendant. It’s so nice to work in that resort, because of the people who’s making it a five star class resort in Arizona. They are so friendly, nice, kind, and they will treat you not just a co worker, but as a family inside that company. Even it’s hard for me to work or do my job for the first two weeks of my duty, I handled it for the next couple of weeks and months because of I put in to my mind that I’m here to learn and experience a great opportunity. I’ve learned different techniques on how our manager handle situations to our dearly guests, how our manager taught us of what is the right and the easiest thing to accomplish a job, I also learned the “think of what you will do, and what you did, before you complain” and also give the guest the ultimate Guest Satisfaction that you can offer to them, the word “No & We Don’t Have” is not in your vocabulary when serving our guest, because they taught us to seek for the things that they want or need, and if you didn’t find one, try to find a alternative way so that you can still serve the guest with the satisfaction you need to give. I also serve guest which are fellow Filipino’s from other states of America, and also VIP’s that includes the Vice-President  & Senators of the United States, the President of Georgia and Russia, and one of the owner of Enchantment Resort. It’s a pleasure to serve them and bring them the satisfaction that they want. Hard work, Perseverance, Patience, Confidence is the key to a successful international gaining experience that you will grab on the future.  And I’m very proud to be one of the employee of Enchantment Resort & Mii Amo Spa, and be treated as a brother, son, nephew, buddy, of my Enchantment Family.
